- Manage the entire sales cycle within assigned markets to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute territory business plans, including product pricing strategies and forecasting.
- Build long-term partnerships with key customers through strategic engagement and support.
- Conduct customer visits, professional sales presentations, and participate in trade shows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and integrate solutions.
- Respond to inquiries, provide product demonstrations, manage delivery updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate market trends and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Business).
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably involving complex buying groups.
- Proven ability to adapt messaging to diverse customer stakeholders.
- Demonstrated technical curiosity and aptitude for understanding complex products or solutions.
- Confident, consultative approach to sales with a strong foundation in service/solution selling.
- Open-minded and coachable, with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (bilingual proficiency required).
- Valid drivers license.
- Position is eligible for vehicle allowance.
- Daily travel within the designated territory (St. Laurent, QC).
- Occasional out-of-town and inter-provincial travel (3–5 days per month).
- Sales training background with a consultative, solution-based approach.
- Demonstrated technical curiosity and adaptability.
- Relevant industry or adjacent sector experience (e.g., Industrial, Power, Telecom, Data Center, OEM-related).
- Background in formal sales training.
- This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
- This position requires you to drive a company vehicle. Therefore, you must be able to pass the company’s driving requirements. Certain vehicles may also require a specific drivers license and have additional driving requirements.
- This position is exposed to harmful materials such as lead/fiberglass products. Periodic blood tests are required to measure the level of lead. Precautions are taken by the company/employee to reduce the risk of exposure and help ensure everyones safety.
