Hours: Monday-Thursday, 2:30PM - 6:30 PM (16 hours per week) We're a busy family with two energetic, fun-loving kids (ages 6 and 3), and we're looking for a caring Parent's Helper to join our after-school routine. This role is a mix of light household help and childcare, perfect for someone who enjoys keeping a home running smoothly while also spending time with children. What You'll Do From 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM * Help us stay organized by tidying play areas, children's bedrooms, and common spaces. * Keep children's laundry moving (wash, fold, and put away as needed). * Prep simple, family-friendly meals and snacks so the evenings go smoothly. * Pick up 6 year old from school and/or bus-stop (occasionally) From 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM * Care for our two kids after school. * Pick up 3-year old from preschool by 5PM (occasionally) * Play, read, and engage them in fun activities. * Support their routines - snacks, tidying backpacks/lunchboxes, dinner, arts & crafts, etc. * Create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. Who We're Looking For * Someone responsible, warm, and energetic who truly enjoys working with children. * Previous childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, camp, or teaching) is a plus. * Organized and proactive, with the ability to balance household tasks and childcare. * Reliable and punctual - consistency is really important to us. * CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus. Family Dynamic Dad works from home full-time, while Mom travels regularly for work.
