- Be the problem-solver-investigate discrepancies, untangle data issues, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to key decision-makers.
- Make an impact on major initiatives-lead short-term projects and play a key role in larger finance operations efforts through strategic planning, risk assessments, and quality reviews.
- Drive compliance and excellence by evaluating financial data, processes, and practices against local and global standards, recommending meaningful corrective actions where needed.
- Spot opportunities for change-assess processes to uncover efficiency gaps and recommend innovative solutions that elevate quality and performance.
- Shape the future of operations by standardizing workflows, enhancing reporting tools, and contributing to the evolution of processes that improve overall service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Science or a related field.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Science or a related field.
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including an Associate Degree and experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting or finance principles.
- Team player who takes ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience.
