As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll be hands-on with designing mechanical systems for critical infrastructure and public spaces across Ontario. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Mechanical Department Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing detailed mechanical designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu
  • Conducting on-site surveys and taking precise measurements for new builds and retrofits
  • Performing condition assessments and writing clear, thorough reports
  • Contributing to projects such as:
  • Transit infrastructure (rail, bus)
  • Emergency services buildings (fire, police, EMS)
  • Educational facilities (schools, universities)
  • Community centres, labs, and municipal, provincial, and federal buildings
Your Expertise
You're not just an engineer - you're a problem solver who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
  • A P.Eng. designation and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of mechanical design experience in building systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, etc.)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu
  • Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with mechanical standards and codes
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for site work
