You will lead solution development, talent growth, and go-to-market execution across four focus areas:
- Data Platform Engineering
- Modern Data Stack
- Data Migration
- Applied Intelligence
- Thought leadership on data architecture, ML/AI, Cloud and modern ELT patterns
- Technical strategy for client solutions leveraging GCP, Snowflake, dbt, Kafka, and more
- People leadership by coaching high-performing technical teams in a consulting context
- Financial acumen, including management of P&L
- Sales/professional services outreach, including participation in or leading pre-sales activities and opportunity initiation
- Innovation by continuously evolving practice capabilities to stay ahead of market needs
- Standards & governance by embedding responsible AI, data privacy, lineage, and governance into solutions
- Execution excellence with a relentless focus on value, quality, and speed in delivery
- You bring several years of experience in data engineering or software development, with at least 3 years in a consulting leadership role
- You have effectively managed P&L, grown practices and supported go-to-market execution
- You have experience working within consulting or professional services teams, delivering enterprise solution
- You have done business development, account management or technical sales, initiating new relationships and creating opportunities.
- You are known for your knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (preferred), BigQuery, DBT, Airflow, Spark, Kafka and modern data stack tools
- Your technical background includes data modeling, ELT/ETL design, streaming and analytics engineering
- You are familiar with machine learning workflows, MLOps integration and governance frameworks
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; Master's degree even better
- Leadership and/or data certifications
