Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our client.Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $23.13 per hour
Location: Mississauga, ON
Location Type: Hybrid: 4 days onsite in November. Training will be 100% onsite.
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 4 PMJob Responsibilities:
  • Draft fulfillment is the biggest task in this role.
  • Fulfilling request for easy web partners via Jira (payment transfers, mortgage process etc.).
  • Will be doing fraud tasks as well (example, combining client profiles)
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
  • Banking experience (payments processing experience)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong data entry skills
