We are seeking Project Managers in various stages of their career spanning from entry-level to senior leadership within our ERP project execution team. This position is crucial in managing the development, execution, and oversight of comprehensive emergency response plans (ERP). Project Managers ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, with responsibilities escalating from support to strategic leadership across the levels.The Role:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project objectives, aligning with company strategies and client requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring effective execution across all stages.
- Utilize advanced project management tools to monitor progress and adapt to changing needs.
- Working directly with clients and supporting the Client Relationship Manager on premier accounts ensuring their needs are met and relationships are strengthened over time.
- Support in soliciting client feedback at various project stages to ensure alignment with their needs and addressing any concerns.
- Anticipate client needs and provide strategic solutions to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.
- Identify potential project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
- Oversee project budgets, performing cost-benefit analyses to ensure financial viability and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to enhance team skills and project outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure seamless integration of project activities.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 1-3 years of project management experience, including leadership experience and the ability to manage complex projects with advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Candidates with previous Emergency Management Response experience will be prioritized.
- Project Management Professional certification not required but is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting project updates and strategic information to stakeholders and senior management.
- Proficient in negotiation techniques, capable of managing client expectations and reaching mutually beneficial solutions. Experience in resolving conflicts and negotiating project terms with stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. Ability to implement QA protocols to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed the established standards. Skilled in identifying, addressing, and mitigating quality risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to deliver presentations to a diverse audience, including senior executives, clients, and project teams. Proficient in utilizing various presentation tools and techniques to effectively communicate complex ideas and project progress.

- This is a Calgary office-based position.
