Job Description:Responsibilities
  • Interpret engineering drawings and create 3D digital definitions compliant with GD&T and quality standards.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and usability of 3D models and associated data for manufacturing and inspection.
  • Support internal teams and the supply chain in the use of digital product definitions.
  • Contribute to the development, improvement, and implementation of 3D digital interoperability standards across engineering, manufacturing, and inspection.
  • Participate in deployment activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, IT).
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and approval of required documentation to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Support change management activities related to the adoption of digital technologies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related
field).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or inspection.
  • Solid experience interpreting engineering drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.5.
  • Practical experience with 3D CAD modeling (CATIA, NX, Creo, or equivalent).
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or inspection environments (strong asset).
  • Interest in standards, cross-functional processes, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • On-site work required 5 days per week
