- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Lead problem-solving activities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Use metrology tools to verify part dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Support regulatory and customer-specific quality requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF standards.
- Experience with plastic injection mold processes within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with APQP and PPAP submissions.
- Experience coordinating and supporting root cause investigations.
- Knowledge of GD&T, MSA, and CMM reports.
- Continuous improvement experience.
- Familiarity with customer systems.
- Understanding of QMS systems and customer requirements.
- Internal auditor certification ISO 9001/IATF.
- Experience in training others.
