- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating evolving payroll needs into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Monitor and manage service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Configure and maintain payroll components including pay structures, calendars, and compliance rules.
- Support integrations with finance systems and third-party payroll providers, ensuring smooth data flow and accuracy.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of payroll-related incidents and service requests.
- Monitor regulatory changes and proactively recommend updates to maintain compliance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within payroll operations.
- Support implementation projects, including managing payroll activities such as requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, AMS delivery leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Lead regular client calls to walk through the status of defects, problems, and enhancement requests.
- Provide clear updates, facilitate prioritization discussions, and ensure alignment on next steps.
- Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll updates and AMS delivery trends.
- Recommend best practices for payroll accuracy, compliance, and user experience.
- Participate in release management, regression testing, and deployment of EC payroll platform updates.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation and/or AMS support.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and integration touchpoints.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, or other integration platforms.
- Experience in ABAP HR code development.
- Exposure to Agile and ITIL-based delivery models.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role within a consulting or managed services environment.
- Bilingual (English/French)
