- Hold a valid G Driver's License in good standing

- Lead, supervise, and oversee all operations of the Parts Department
- Manage ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory levels to ensure efficiency and availability
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control processes to minimize losses and maximize profitability
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal departments and external customers
- Support customers in identifying and purchasing appropriate parts
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores at all times
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Parts Department staff
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and OEM partners
- Negotiate pricing and terms to support profitability and competitiveness
- Stay current on industry trends, systems, and new product offerings
- Monitor department performance against financial targets and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare accurate and timely departmental reports
- Implement and maintain departmental systems, schedules, and procedures
- Maintain strong profitability while keeping expenses under strict control
- Minimum 3 years of Parts Management experience in a dealership environment
- 3 years of experience as a Parts Advisor or Inventory Clerk (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and applications
- Proven leadership and people-management capabilities
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience with inventory management systems and OEM communication
