- Responsible for budgets, forecasts and business cases
- Accountable for coordination and control of capital expenditures, and month end closing support
- Proactive business partner to line managers to ensure financial commitments are met
- Coordinate monthly and weekly operating reviews
- Drive a continuous improvement and customer centric culture
- Develop and implement strategies that maintain and improve employee relations and that engage and empower employees to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Provide input to the Vice President, Operations' 2 to 3 year strategic operational plan
- Ensure an understanding of Dynacare corporate business plan and help implement ongoing effective positioning and integration of financial opportunities throughout Operations in order to create and sustain organizational success
- Provide managerial leadership and direction for a capable team of stratum 2 direct reports and secure their cooperation to successfully meet Customer Service and Dynacare performance requirements including the highest quality managerial leadership practices
- Knowledge of Health Care System and funding in all jurisdictions in which Dynacare operates
- Degree in Business (MBA preferred)
- CMA/CGA/CA
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt
- Technical and social process skills required to perform the job
- Comfortable with Lean Six Sigma concepts
- Strong financial skills
- High proficiency in MS-Excel and strong data analytical skills
- Experience working with financial systems
- Proficiency in AS400
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Strong change management and communication skills
- Proven managerial/directorial leadership at a senior level
