As part of their commitment to excellence, they leverage cutting-edge technology and best practices to ensure efficient and fair claim resolutions for their clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Claims Examiner, you will play a crucial role in managing and adjudicating claims with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:Claims Management:Review, investigate, and process a variety of claims, ensuring timely and fair resolution.Assess policy coverage, determine liability, and evaluate damages to facilitate appropriate claim settlements.Client & Stakeholder Communication:Provide clear and professional communication to policyholders, brokers, and internal teams regarding claim status and decisions.Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes while maintaining positive relationships with clients and third parties.Documentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate claim files and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies throughout the claims process.Process Improvement & Collaboration:Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Work closely with underwriters, adjusters, and legal teams to optimize claim outcomes and risk assessment strategies.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:Education & Experience:A diploma or degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.3+ years of experience in property and/or liability claims.Technical Skills:Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with insurance policies, regulations, and legal frameworks related to claims.Key Competencies:Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to assess claims accurately.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle complex claims and client interactions.A detail-oriented and proactive mindset, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in claims processing.Apply TodayPlease submit your resume directly to Alana Tarchuk via email at , referencing Job ID: 79236.About UsExecutrade is one of Western Canada's most comprehensive full-service recruitment firms, with over 50 years of expertise in connecting talented professionals with leading organizations.We are proud to apply principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all our recruitment practices, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
