The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that work flows through the business efficiently, accurately, and on time from intake to final delivery.This role owns execution on the floor. That includes coordinating people, prioritizing work, enforcing standards, and ensuring that jobs are completed to specification without the owner needing to step in.The Operations Manager is accountable for turning incoming work into finished output with consistency, quality, and speed.What This Role Owns

Day-to-day operations and workflow across the shop
Job prioritization and scheduling
Final quality control before work leaves the shop
Coordination of team members and resources
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks
Maintaining pace, standards, and accountability

What Success Looks Like

Jobs move through the shop without delays or confusion
Work is completed right the first time with minimal rework
The team knows what to do, when to do it, and executes without constant direction
Problems are identified and solved before they impact delivery

Responsibilities:
Workflow & Throughput

Manage the flow of jobs from intake to completion
Set daily and weekly priorities
Ensure work is moving and nothing is sitting idle

Team Coordination

Direct and support team members on the floor
Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations
Maintain accountability for performance and output

Quality Control

Act as a final checkpoint before work leaves the shop
Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
Catch and correct issues before delivery

Problem Solving

Identify bottlenecks, delays, and breakdowns in real time
Take ownership of resolving issues quickly
Adjust plans as needed to maintain output

Continuous Improvement

Improve systems, workflows, and communication
Help build a more efficient, scalable operation

Qualifications:
Who This Role Is For

Able to bring structure and clarity to a growing, changing business
Calm under pressure and able to handle multiple priorities at once

MANDATORY operations manager experience.Who This Role Is NOT For
