- Prepare detailed financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Build and refine complex financial models to aid in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Evaluate financial performance against set budgets and forecasts, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Design and maintain dashboards, schedules, and ad-hoc analyses using advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and macros.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate financial trends, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Conduct financial assessments for business cases, pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Operations, and Sales, to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data while adhering to internal controls and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities with thorough financial reviews and reconciliations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and Power Query.
- Proficiency in creating detailed and well-organized presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, data mining techniques, and KPI reporting.
- Ability to perform ad-hoc financial analyses and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with business systems and financial tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
