Role Overview:The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage internal teams, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects (from tender to closeout).Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and construction plans.Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.Issue and track purchase orders, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.Monitor site progress and address any issues that may impact timelines or quality.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.Participate in the tendering process when required.Qualifications:5+ years of project management experience in retail, commercial, or industrial construction .Experience working with a General Contractor in the Canadian market.Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices.Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesCompany vehicle or allowanceHealth & dental benefitsOpportunities for career advancementCollaborative and supportive team environment
