Adecco is actively seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent for a top-tier client in Calgary or Edmonton, AB. This full-time role offers $100,000-$145,000 CAD annually and the opportunity to lead large-scale warehouse and industrial builds. You'll oversee all site operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Ideal for a hands-on leader with 10+ years' experience in complex industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily site operations, including scheduling, safety, and subcontractor coordination
  • Oversee warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial builds from 15 to 100+ acres
  • Supervise both self-performed and subcontracted construction work
  • Provide hands-on, on-site guidance and leadership to large crews
  • Solve complex construction challenges using deep technical knowledge
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility
Requirements:
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience in warehouse or industrial builds
  • Experience with high-capacity warehouse and tight-access site logistics
  • Skilled Trades Certification (asset, not required)
  • Strong delegation and team coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project tools
  • Willingness to travel if required
