From uncovering the next clinical breakthrough, to rapid and reliable sample analysis, to more rigorous decision making—we are enabling clinicians to deliver the best possible care to their patients with improved efficiency, clinical confidence, adaptive collaboration, and accelerated intelligence.Learn about the which makes everything possible.The Field Applications Analyst II for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for the installation and support of instrumentation which may include Chemistry/Immunoassay platforms, Automations and Middleware, and others as determined by customer needs. The goal is to ensure the analyzers meet Beckman Coulter stated requirements in the customer laboratory environment.This position reports to the Manager Applications and is part of the Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Division located in British Columbia, Canada and will be fully remote.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Ensure customers are prepared for analyzer verification, meeting milestones within established implementation timeline.
Execute verification studies on Beckman Coulter diagnostic instrumentation, including but not limited to, set-up, calibration, precision, linearity, and method comparison studies.
Deliver on-site customer training to support operation of instrumentation.
Support customer satisfaction and long-term success, contributing to sustained business growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Sales and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related clinical discipline with 2+ years of direct clinical diagnostic laboratory experience; or Medical Laboratory Science Diploma with 3 + years of experience. CSMLS Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) certification preferred.
Demonstrated experience operating and supporting clinical diagnostic instrumentation and workflows, including patient testing, quality control, and troubleshooting in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Strong working knowledge of the laboratory regulatory environment, including CAP, CLIA, IQMH, and EQAS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations, customer training, and supporting documentation.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel 70% nationally (Monday – Friday) based on business needs, including travel to and from the United States.
Hold a current valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience with Beckman Coulter diagnostic instrumentation, such as DxA, DxI, and AU platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and customer-facing environments.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, and EP Evaluator and be comfortable navigating complex healthcare IT environments.

The annual salary range for this role is $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
