- Ensure customers are prepared for analyzer verification, meeting milestones within established implementation timeline.
- Execute verification studies on Beckman Coulter diagnostic instrumentation, including but not limited to, set-up, calibration, precision, linearity, and method comparison studies.
- Deliver on-site customer training to support operation of instrumentation.
- Support customer satisfaction and long-term success, contributing to sustained business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Sales and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related clinical discipline with 2+ years of direct clinical diagnostic laboratory experience; or Medical Laboratory Science Diploma with 3 + years of experience. CSMLS Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience operating and supporting clinical diagnostic instrumentation and workflows, including patient testing, quality control, and troubleshooting in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of the laboratory regulatory environment, including CAP, CLIA, IQMH, and EQAS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations, customer training, and supporting documentation.
- Ability to travel 70% nationally (Monday – Friday) based on business needs, including travel to and from the United States.
- Hold a current valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Experience with Beckman Coulter diagnostic instrumentation, such as DxA, DxI, and AU platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and customer-facing environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, and EP Evaluator and be comfortable navigating complex healthcare IT environments.
