As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Presales Solution Architect to join our team and support our clients in designing and delivering cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.Role OverviewThe Presales Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in the sales cycle by providing technical leadership and crafting tailored solutions that align with client needs. This role focuses on hybrid cloud, data center infrastructure, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, clients, and vendors to design, present, and support the implementation of comprehensive IT solutions.Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
Architect and present solutions involving: Hybrid cloud infrastructure (public/private/Modern Workspace) * Enterprise storage (SAN/NAS/Hyperconverged)
  • Server platforms (rack, blade, converged)
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless)
  • Virtualization and containerization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
  • Security (perimeter, cloud, end-point)
  • Professional and managed services
  • Lead whiteboarding sessions, technical demos, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical content and solution designs.
  • Develop technical Bill of Materials (BoM) and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs (e.g., HPE, Dell, Microsoft, Lenovo, Aruba).
  • Secure and uphold vendor certifications and accreditations to maintain partnership status.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Work with sales to build and sustain customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • French language proficiency (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • English language proficiency (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • 5+ years in a presales or solution architecture role.
  • Deep expertise in hybrid cloud, storage, networking, and server technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including C-level engagement.
  • Experience with RFP responses, solution development, and customer implementation.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Industry certifications are a plus (e.g., HPE, Dell, Microsoft, Lenovo, Aruba).
  • Experience with technical enablement and training delivery.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards is a plus.
