Compensation: $40-47/hour + commission
Contract: 7-month contract (May to November)

A leading technology company operating across multiple markets, offering a suite of SaaS solutions that support operations, financial management, and stakeholder engagement for mission-driven organizations.Our client is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Account Executive to bring on new customers by connecting with organizations, understanding their challenges, and demonstrating how their technology creates real impact. This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong emphasis on consultative selling, product demonstration, and relationship development.Principal tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations, clearly articulating the value of the platform to a range of stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, expansion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client outcomes.
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions accurately.
  • Contribute to regular sales meetings by sharing progress, market insights, and challenges.
Qualifications and pre-requisites:
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas while managing a full sales cycle.
  • Strong grasp of consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical buyers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar, and modern sales engagement platforms.
  • Experience selling into mission-driven organizations is an asset.
