Our client, a leading Food and Bakery company, is seeking skilled Shipping Clerks to join their team and start as soon as possible.We are looking for reliable, stable workers who can work long term in a Food/Bakery company. Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.Full time, Temporary ongoing positions.
Location: Woodbridge and Etobicoke
Pay rate: Starts at $24 per hour
Shifts: 8am to 4:30pm (Mon to Fri); Needs to be flexible, including occasional weekends / SaturdaysResponsibilities & Duties:
  • Dispatching outbound trucks
  • Inventory checks
  • Driver documentation & paperwork
  • General Administrative support
  • Preparing bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices manually or via computer systems.
Requirements:
  • Experience with in the manufacturing companies is preferred like Food, Cosmetics, Automotive.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse environments is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, inventory software, and scanning equipment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift, as the job maybe physically demanding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible hours as required.
  • Follow all H&S guidelines.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English well.
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours shift and can wear CSA Approved safety shoes while working.
  • Must be able to work full time 40 hours per week as per scheduled shifts.
  • Full understanding of tasks assigned and has strong organizational, multitasking skills.
