Description :This is an opportunity to jump into our culture! Our ground up approach allows us to build programs and opportunities around each clinician’s interests through our VTO process. Management will help you develop individualized goals based on how you would like to grow and practice and give you access to meaningful mentorship tailored to you. We are dedicated to being innovative and evidence-informed and strive to be truly multidisciplinary and collaborative. Most importantly, we value FUN whether it be through our individual clinic events, our Halloween costume competition, or our annual Christmas party! Work should be a place you enjoy being part of and we work hard to ensure each clinic is just that, fun!This dynamic position is unique as it offers a wide range of experiences across our various clinics. You will gain exposure to many different clinicians, disciplines, and models of care that you might not get in a stationary role. It is a flexible job that you can adapt around other positions you may have and make work for you! As a coverage team member, you will have access to our Clinician Development Program where you will receive mentorship from experienced clinicians in the company based on your areas of interest. Hours: Variable between 7AM-8PM (dependent on coverage shift)

Degree in Physiotherapy
Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the PACA
Valid liability insurance
On Physiotherapy Alberta’s roster for use of needles in practice is an asset
Excellent assessment and rehabilitation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
