- Perform a variety of duties including but not limited to updating schedules, assessing risk, managing contract guidelines, monitoring labour material and equipment activities, coordinating with stakeholders and administrative duties on the project
- Attend project meetings, record meeting minutes, present updates, and document action items and other pertinent project deliverables/decisions
- Ensure that project site and company assets are secure and maintain a safe and respectful work environment at all times
- Monitor project change management process, identify change events, submit change notices, track changes and optional changes in project scope, and present to the Project Manager when required
- Provide timely progress reports to the Track Access Manager and Project staff
- Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change orders
- Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions
- Conduct the Client Satisfaction Survey prior to project closeout
- Assist with the review and coordination of project-specific safety plan
- Maintain safety records and take responsibility for the development, implementation, and execution of the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP)
- Monitor and measure HSE goals and expectations using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain QA/QC records
- Ensure implementation of the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) on the project site by all project stakeholders
- Review the Field Surveillance Reports (FSR) and initiate NCRs based on analysis and severity of findings
- Existing experience in Track Access at a Coordinator level on a heavy rail project
- 2+ years of project coordinating experience
