- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understand client pain points and business challenges to propose relevant Microsoft solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical experts, and account managers) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Solution Positioning:
- Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft’s product portfolio to position solutions effectively (M365, Azure and Security).
- Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft products, emphasizing business outcomes and ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends and Microsoft’s latest offerings.
- Sales Execution:
- Prospect with new and existing clients positioning Microsoft Solutions and Services.
- Prepare and present sales information and proposals
- Establish and maintain Microsoft Co-Sell relationships
- Qualify opportunities utilizing Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the Solution Delivery team to deliver compelling solutions that solve customer challenges.
- 5+ years of Microsoft B2B sales experience supporting mid-market to enterprise-level clients
- Comprehensive knowledge of core Microsoft products, including M365, Azure and Security
- Proven success in a technical sales role
- History of consistent success in generating and closing net new business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).
