Location: Whitby, ON – On-SiteAbout the Role:Our client, a leader in supply chain and logistics solutions, is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to join their growing Canadian team. Based in Whitby and covering the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, this role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional with a strong B2B track record. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, reactivating past accounts, and building a pipeline of strategic opportunities across various industrial sectors.This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential, offering a competitive base salary, monthly commissions, car allowance, and additional benefits.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive $3M–$5M in new business sales annually across assigned territory
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with $20M+ in potential revenue
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and convert new leads into long-term partnerships
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
  • Tailor sales strategies to match client needs using a consultative approach
  • Travel within Ontario to meet with prospects and customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account transition
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a regional or national B2B sales role
  • Proven success in logistics, packaging, transportation, or industrial services industries (preferred)
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Strong ability to independently manage a territory and deliver consistent results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary of $60,000–$75,000 CAD (commensurate with experience)
  • Monthly commissions (Year 1 includes a bridge to support ramp-up)
