- Empower and lead your fulfillment team, fostering a collaborative environment across picking, packing, and receiving to hit our daily milestones.
- Optimize the flow of orders by monitoring performance in real-time and making smart, agile adjustments to labor and resources to keep us on track.
- Drive fulfillment excellence by ensuring every package meets our accuracy standards and arrives on time for shipping commitments.
- Coach and mentor team members on Lean practices and safety protocols, helping everyone on the floor grow their skills and work more effectively.
- Bridge the gap between teams and shifts by coordinating with other supervisors to ensure a smooth handoff and clear communication of wins and challenges.
- Problem-solve on the fly, tackling operational hurdles as they arise and identifying ways we can continuously improve our processes.
- Proven leadership experience, with at least 5+ years spent guiding teams in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- A knack for organization and communication, allowing you to keep a complex operation running smoothly while keeping your team motivated and informed.
- Comfort in, high-growth setting, where you can adapt quickly to changing priorities and help your team stay focused on the goal.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or a strong ability to learn new digital tools quickly to track and report on team performance.
