Director of Finance *ON SITE

• Serve as a strategic partner to the President and executive team, providing financial insights to drive decision-making.
• Lead the development and management of financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and the preparation of comprehensive financial reports.
• Ensure the organization adheres to risk management and compliance frameworks, embedding these principles into daily operations.
• Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, capital structure management, and banking relationships.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial matters.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop executive-level dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
• Recruit, train, and retain a skilled and motivated accounting team to support organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• Accounting designation (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is required, with a focus on attention to detail.
• A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Proven ability to establish and monitor financial KPIs and dashboards.
• Extensive knowledge of compliance, risk management, and treasury functions.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
