Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Interact with customers, take orders and prepare drinks
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
People focused with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Take payment including cash, debit and credit cards
Requirements:
Minimum three years of bartending experience
Positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude, with excellent communication skills
Superior understanding of hospitality and customer service, and proven ability to deliver in a busy environment
POS knowledge, and cash handling is required
First-rate knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Available to work 8 to 10-hour shifts, predominantly evenings and weekends
Access to a vehicle would be a strong asset
Pro Serve Certification is required
