- Oversee the organization's IT environment across multiple locations, supporting both onsite and remote users while ensuring secure and reliable operations
- Manage the IT ticketing function, monitoring service levels, identifying trends, and coordinating escalations to maintain high-quality support
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, access management, and system configuration
- Coordinate vendor relationships, including service agreements, renewals, and software licensing compliance
- Act as the primary liaison with external IT partners, including Managed Service Providers and other vendors
- Support and maintain core infrastructure, including networks, meeting room technology, and secure document workflows
- Lead the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and integrations from planning through adoption
- Oversee IT asset management, including inventory tracking, lifecycle planning, and procurement
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and internal knowledge resources
- Deliver user training and ongoing support to promote effective and secure use of technology
- 5-10+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure roles
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies (M365/Azure) and/or cybersecurity (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) are considered strong assets
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
- Experience managing vendors and external service providers
- Solid understanding of data privacy, security, and risk management best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance
- Experience developing processes, documentation, and policies
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives while maintaining operational stability
- Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and technologies
- Experience working and supporting Practice management software (Ghost Practice, Clio Manage, Smokeball, 8am MyCase, Abacus Law, PracticePanther)
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting NetDocuments
