As a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, you will:
  • Welcome guests and complete the required check-in formalities
  • Manage reservations by phone and email
  • Inform guests about hotel services
  • Provide information on cultural, gastronomic, and other local activities
  • Handle reservations for guests (taxi, restaurants, theatre, etc.)
  • Prepare invoices and process guest payments at check-out
  • Update room availability in real time
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the reception
  • Promote the hotel's loyalty program to guests
  • Manage the express shop and process sales payments

  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Communicates in French
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to serve an anglophone clientele that may represent up to 80% of our guests
