- This position enhances the experience of our customers and drives profitable sales by providing proactive consultative sales assistance and support to customers
- To provide corporate and site specific relationship development for large complex customers with Master Service Agreements. These customers generally represent current sales greater than 1M.
- Maintain and enhance current customer relationships and develop additional opportunities through deeper/wider account penetration.
- Develop measurements to ensure compliance to Master Service Agreements while driving revenue growth and profitability above expected performance.
- Negotiate Master Service Agreements that gains support and acceptance from all parties.
- Successfully implement all existing and new Master Service Agreements.
- Prepare accurate forecasting, analytics and business reviews to MSA customers.
- Business Administrative Degree/Diploma or an acceptable combination of education
- 3 + years of Direct Sales related experience in similar industry
- Someone who is personable, positive and always willing to assist customers!
- Approximately 5 years of previous B2B sales experience is required.
- Proficient computer literacy with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication is required.
- Previous experience in the Traffic Control industry or related field is an asset.
