- Oversee and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and lead times
- Develop and implement project strategies and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute projects
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to project team members
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Manage procurement processes and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Resolve any construction-related issues and make timely decisions to keep projects on track
- Report regularly on project financial performance to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and partners
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders
- Post-Secondary education in a related field
- 10 years of proven Project Management experience leading Linear Construction Projects
- Demonstrated experience with high voltage Powerline Transmission projects up to 500kv
- Demonstrated process standardization / improvement experience
- Experience in Business Development
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working in multiple regulatory jurisdictions across Canada
