Duration: 1 year. Planned project duration is 2 years.
Location: Remote /Winnipeg, ADHOC travel may be required for key milestones.
Project: Public Sector S/4HANA transformation.
Job Requirements: Develop & Manage Cutover PlansThe SAP Cutover Lead will be responsible for:
- The planning, coordination, and execution of the transition from SAP ECC to the S/4HANA environment.
- Creating detailed cutover plans, managing data migration, coordinating across teams, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Handle risk mitigation, communication, and post-cutover support.
- Develop and manage the overall cutover strategy, plan, and detailed execution roadmap, including defining cutover scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Minimum 8+ years experience as SAP Cutover Lead
- Strong understanding of SAP core modules and their integration points.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations and cutover activities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
