
Senior Manager, Enhancements, Compliance and Reporting

- Leadership: Lead, mentor, interact, educate, and build relationships with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the business, ensuring effective communication and alignment on objectives. Provide support and serve as an escalation channel for the department to ensure timely and effective resolution of security events. Manage team performance by delivering fair and accurate formal and informal feedback, identifying and removing obstacles to success, and clearly explaining how performance expectations align with business objectives. Oversee engagement management activities, including project planning, budget management, and resource allocation, with the ability to manage an operating budget of approximately $1 million.
- Identity and Access Governance - Knowledge of Identity and Access Management approaches and concepts, tools, techniques and roles and responsibilities in providing guidance to stakeholders within and outside own area.
- Relationship building - Facilitate coordination with business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and resolution of issues. Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts as well as external experts to stay abreast of notable developments and trends across the information security domain.
- Strategic Thinking- Develop and implement strategies that enhance IGA capabilities, compliance and reporting frameworks across the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Continuously assess emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt compliance and reporting practices. Collaborate with key stakeholders to set strategic priorities, drive process improvements, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in compliance management.
- You can demonstrate experience in ability to influence senior stakeholders in situations that require cooperation and consensus. Must have 3-5 years of management experience, ideally in the Identity & Access Management field or related role. Must have 5+ years of information security experience. Prior experience in management of identity and access initiatives / deficiencies / activities would be an asset, as well an understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ, Workday and ServiceNow.
- You can demonstrate strong knowledge of Client Focus, Simplification and Innovation as they relate to Identity and Access Management domain. Expert understanding of the domain and related processes. You have a thorough understanding of Identity and Access Management processes, key controls, common risk frameworks, and information security risk management. You are well-versed in identity and access governance, administration solutions, and cloud-based access controls, with a solid grasp of infrastructure-layer access controls. CISSP or CISM certification is preferred.
