
Sales Representative – Transportation Software

- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Represent CIMA+ at industry conferences, trade shows, and client-facing events across North America.
- Partner with software development and product teams to provide client feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Maintain expert knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry applications.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Plan and deliver effective software demonstrations in collaboration with technical specialists.
- Work with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns that increase visibility and generate new business.
- Track sales activities in CRM tools, provide accurate forecasts, and report on performance metrics.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in software and/or hardware solutions in the USA and/or Canada.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, client-facing presence.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience presenting at conferences, industry events, and product demos.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques (essential).
- Knowledge of traffic engineering, transportation planning, or road safety (an asset).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel within North America (20–30%).
- Bilingual in English and French (asset).
