We are a busy and lively family of six with four wonderful children, looking for a warm, energetic, and reliable nanny to support our afternoons and early evenings. Our children include twin boys who are 5, an older brother who is 7, and our daughter who is 9 (and wonderfully independent!). All four are active, healthy, and full of personality. Dad is an accountant and Mom is a doctor, and with increasingly busy work schedules and children's activities, we are looking for extra support after managing without a nanny for the past year and a half while the kids were in full-time care. This is a hands-on, engaging role for someone who enjoys being active with children and creating a fun, structured environment. We value limited weekday screen time and would love someone who can encourage enjoyable, creative, and educational activities. Responsibilities include: Picking up the children from school Helping with homework and reading Driving to and from after-school activities as needed Supervising children at home while siblings are at activities Preparing simple meals/snacks Light housekeeping, folding laundry, and occasional errands Occasionally helping get the children ready for bed Rare pet care assistance for our friendly, attention-seeking goldendoodle We live in a central location just a few blocks from the children's school, which they all attend together. When weather permits, they often bike to and from school, and we can provide a bike for school pickups if preferred. This is a part-time position for fewer than 20 hours per week, requiring availability three days per week during midday through early evening. The days can be either fixed or flexible, depending on availability and fit. A valid driver's license is required, and comfort using your own vehicle is preferred.
