Coordinator, Field Operations & Brand Ambassador Program

• Ambassador life cycle: Coordinate onboarding, compensation management, and retention initiatives to maximize member engagement.
• Operational support: Manage the day-to-day administration of the program and serve as the primary point of contact for Ambassadors’ questions.
• Engagement: Design and conduct contests to promote the program, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

• Content creation: Develop dynamic and tailored tools (checklists, video scripts, quizzes, interactive activities) to support continuous learning.
• Internal impact: Write inspiring communications and prepare presentations for Sales teams and management.

• Process optimization: Ensure compliance with internal standards and provide innovative solutions to improve the flow of store operations.
• Cross-functional support: Collaborate on special projects with the Sales and Operations team as needed, based on business priorities.

• Advanced mastery of MS Office suite (Excel for data tracking, PowerPoint for presentations);
• Comfortable using graphic design tools, particularly Canva;
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec;
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, engaging and error-free content (strong attention to detail);
• Strong autonomy and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a major asset.
