HFC Solutions:· Service Assurance platforms· iCCAP (Integrated Converged Cable Access Platform)· vCCAP (Virtual Converged Cable Access Platform)· R-MACPHY (Remote MACPHY)· Optical Nodes· AmplifiersPON Solutions:· Service Assurance platforms· Domain Manager software· OLT (Optical Line Terminal) shelves· R-OLTs (Remote Optical Line Terminals)Required Qualifications:· 15+ years of sales and account management experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on Tier 1 service providers.· Proven success managing large, strategic accounts—experience with Rogers Communications or the Canadian telecom sector strongly preferred.· Deep technical and commercial understanding of HFC and PON architectures, products, and deployment strategies.· Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value, multi-year agreements.· Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.· Willingness to travel within Canada and internationally as required.#LI-RB1#LI-REMOTEOur salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is 195,000-325,000 Canadian Dollors.The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.What Happens After You Apply?
