Under the guidance of the chef you will execute assigned duties as required, including prep, cooking, deep cleans…etc.
Promote a positive “teamwork” environment.
Perform all line and prep duties with competency and efficiency
Cohesively work with the rest of the BOH team.
Promoting a safe, clean sanitary working environment.
Complying with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
Opening/Closing and side duties as per the Kitchen Standard Operating Procedures.
Monitoring and ensuring the highest level of food safety.
Consistently following kitchen standard operating procedures.
Maintain a positive and committed “Go above and beyond” attitude.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience working in restaurant kitchens required
Demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Weekend availability is required (Saturday, Sunday)
Food handlers would be considered an asset
Ability to work in face paced high pressure environment
