Our General Production Operators work across multiple departments and learn a variety of tasks that help build and assemble high-quality transformer products. You might be prepping materials, operating machines, assembling components, or helping with winding or finishing: it's hands-on, physical work where no two days feel the same. You won't just be doing repetitive work, & you'll see how your part fits into the bigger picture, helping build something that powers entire communities.We're looking for team players who value safety, consistency, and learning new things. - Follow job-specific work instructions to complete hands-on production tasks safely and accurately
- Set up materials/equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform quality checks at every step and speak up if something doesn't look right
- Keep production moving by reviewing schedules and communicating material needs
- Work efficiently to meet or exceed daily time standards-our team thrives on hitting goals together
- Support your teammates-jump in and help when you can
- Follow Cam Tran's ISO procedures and safety protocols consistently
- Actively participate in team huddles and offer feedback and ideas
- Take care of your tools and equipment-do pre-use safety checks and report issues
- Other duties assigned by the Value Stream Leader
- You're reliable, hands-on, and not afraid to get a little dirty
- You enjoy working in a team and communicating with others
- You're curious, love learning, and eager to be cross-trained in different areas
- You care about safety, live it, and know how to spot potential hazards
- You've got a natural mechanical mindset & enjoy figuring out how things work & troubleshooting when something's off

- You can solve small problems on the fly and stay calm when things get busy
- You're not shy about asking questions or offering ideas to improve the team
- You show up on time, pitch in wherever needed, and have your teammates' backs

Weekend Shift: Wednesday-Saturday, (Wed-Thurs 8:00AM-6:30PM| Fri-Sat 6:00AM-4:30PM)Please note: Fridays may include overtime based on production needs.
