Select People Solutions is working with our client as they work to find a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. You will be playing a pivotal role in onboarding, training, and safety management. If you are passionate about working with all members of an organization and overseeing the safety and development of your organization, we want to hear from you!Compensation & Hours:
  • The rate of pay will be $60-$80K/year
  • Monday-Friday
Position Summary:
  • Creating recruiting and training plans, workforce succession plans, and employee development plans
  • Building employee engagement by driving development and attainment of business strategies
  • Implementing HR policies, practices, and initiatives that allow for goal tracking and ensure alignment with the organizations culture and direction
  • Providing support to other branches of the organization and enhancing overall company management practices
  • Establishing strong relationships with internal and external contacts to aid in the organization’s objectives and act as a strong leader for current staff
  • Demonstrating and promoting a personal understanding of the company mission, vision, and values
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to hold critical conversations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Bonus Points:
  • COR certification experience
