- Manage and own client relationships (Director level and below, which may include Senior Manager, Brand Managers, Directors) on portfolio of accounts or a large account ($1MM in revenues or greater)
- Primary client contact
- Client retention and satisfaction
- Build and nurture relationships with client partner agencies, ensuring collaboration, strong partnership and a united vision to achieve client business objectives
- Responsible for client performance reviews including Vantage scores, with a goal of achieving all clients in green or secure
- Manage SOW and ultimately client expectations within agreed upon deliverables
- Responsible for driving PRIP (client bonus structure) through management of client scorecard and evaluation
- Manage client briefings
- Successfully lead account team (teams of approximately 4-6 resources, depending on accounts)
- Establish culture of excellence and quality output
- Lead by example and foster an environment of collaboration and team work

- Led by the HR department, active in staff recruitment, both interviewing and selection process

- Management of Financials:
- Assist SVP or GAD with the development of business plans, Vantage action plans and contracts)
- Input numbers in forecast system
- Monitor financial health of account(s)
- Responsible for ensuring monthly invoicing /billing for client is up to date
- Work closely with SVP or GAD, to understand client's business and competitive landscape, develop business direction/strategy for each client
- Collaborate with Strategy (Strategy Directors)and Investment teams in order to set strategic framework
- Able to understand consumer insights and apply results to planning process
- Solid understanding of online and offline planning
- Skilled interpretation of client briefs and writing strategic plans, establish strategies to meet objectives
- Well-versed in systems planning
- Extensive understanding of different media channels
- Lead client's plan presentations.
- Extensive knowledge of all syndicated and proprietary tools
- Approve media plans
- Identify opportunities within portfolio of accounts in order to deliver commercial and S&I targets
- Responsible for application and a comprehensive knowledge of suite of specialty services
- Link between client, strategy and investment teams from a strategic standpoint
- Strong presentation skills with confidence in front of large groups
- Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
- Adept at communicating effectively across all levels
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
- Technical proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Post Secondary Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 7+ years related experience
