- Lead the development and ongoing refinement of Eastlink’s holistic pricing strategy for all wireline products.
- Evaluate, design, and implement pricing frameworks that support organizational goals for growth, profitability, and market competitiveness.
- Develop customer acquisition and customer loyalty pricing strategies that balance value creation with commercial outcomes.
- Monitor competitive market dynamics, industry pricing trends, and consumer behavior to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on comprehensive competitive analysis.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Sales & Marketing, and Finance to align pricing initiatives with product positioning, financial targets, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support product launches, promotions, and business cases with robust pricing analysis and modeling.
- Build and maintain financial models to assess pricing scenarios, elasticity, revenue impact, and margin implications.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear, structured, and strategic manner.
- Establish KPIs to measure pricing performance and guide continuous optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field required.
- MBA, CPA or related graduate degrees are considered an asset.
- Several years of experience in pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or related roles—ideally within telecommunications or a fast-paced subscription-based industry.
- Proven track record in developing pricing strategies and using data-driven insights to influence business decisions.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to see both the big picture and critical details.
- Advanced analytical skills with a solid grasp of financial modeling and data interpretation.
- Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Highly collaborative with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with BI tools considered an asset.
