- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with exceptional product and service solutions.
- Utilize in-depth training and extensive knowledge to accurately address customer queries and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Demonstrate the benefits of our services to customers and increase sales revenue through effective educational techniques.
- Handle all customer interactions with a high level of care, composure, and understanding while delivering accurate, agile, and transparent support.
- Document and process customer orders meticulously in our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Attend daily meetings and weekly training webinars to stay updated about changes and improve program knowledge, systems, and processes.
- Report directly to the Account Management team, providing valuable insights to enhance customer satisfaction, establish goals, and develop new sales skills.
- Strive to master assigned duties and achieve outstanding performance, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
- Consistently maintain a professional demeanour, demonstrating top-level professionalism at all times.
- Demonstrates a track record of proven excellence in communication and customer interaction through previous experience in sales, customer service, support, or client acquisition
- Possesses exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills, which can be effectively utilized in a professional work setting
- Passionate about working closely with people and is comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Displays key qualities such as empathy, responsiveness, patience, conscientiousness, and a customer-centric mindset
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is adept at building relationships with people through meaningful conversations
- Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process, be available to work full-time and commute to the office daily.
