This includes auditing, programs reviews, and ability to complete new projects associated with emergency response.What you will do:
  • Plans, organizes, projects activities; meets with individuals, departments, and committees to define contactor and project initiatives, selection criteria, timelines, etc..
  • Gives group presentations related to selection related topics.
  • Can engage with other Business partners and covey messaging and explain important topics and process throughout the organization.
  • Engages with other business units such as Environmental, Project stewardship, Safety and Procurement.
  • Assists in developing and implementing new initiatives to streamline processes; may maintain and update department website.
  • Develops and implements trainings for faculty and staff on topics needed.
  • Projects: Ammonia Railcar Training Project.
  • Audits: Emergency Response Plans.
What you will bring:
  • Major - Bachelor of Science, Emergency Management.
  • Basic idea of data collection.
  • Basic idea of project management.
  • Software programs: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word.
  • Software programs that we will teach: SharePoint.
