You will lead and develop your own business unit, combining entrepreneurial spirit with technical expertise.
Your mission is to develop client relationships, recruit and onboard talented engineers and technical experts, manage a team of consultants and ensure the delivery of high-value engineering and consulting services.Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, by prospecting potential clients within the engineering sector (e.g., automotive, pharma, aerospace, railway, and others ).
- Build, maintain and expand strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close contracts aligned with Fortil’s value-driven and performance-oriented approach.
- Human Resources
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top engineering profiles.
- Recruit, interview and match candidates with customer's needs
- Onboard and manage a team of high-performing technical consultants across engineering domains.
- Support career development, foster a positive team culture and ensure consultant satisfaction and retention.
- Delivery Management
- Ensure successful delivery of engineering and consulting services, meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Monitor performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Implement efficient organizational practices aligned with Fortil’s operational model.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, recruitment and team management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
