This position is responsible for the daily operations of the printing press. This includes make-readies, press performance, quality, maintenance and housekeeping.What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Operating position.
  • Can do attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the Company
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities, work independently and with a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to stand and walk 100% of shift on a concrete floor and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to maintain good attendance.
Shift Schedule: Must be willing to change shifts due to vacation coverage or other operational needs.Nights:
  • Monday to Thursday: 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Friday: OFF
