Rate: CAD 55 to 60 PHRole SummaryWe are hiring for Project Manager Purchase to Pay (PTP) Operations, where the selected candidate will support Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) operations and digital experience initiatives. This position focuses on driving project execution, enabling change adoption, and improving system workflows across cross-functional teams. You ll work closely with operations, engineering, and support teams to deliver impactful improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management & OperationsSupport rollout of new purchasing processes, workflows, and change initiatives across teamsCreate training materials, documentation, and enablement resources to drive adoptionGuide support teams on Procurement Case Management (PCM) usage and issue resolutionHelp evolve and improve the PCM system through ongoing enhancementsDevelop internal communications, training content, and videos to support change initiativesProject Management & ExecutionOwn end-to-end delivery of PTP initiatives including planning, tracking, and reportingDefine project scope, timelines, goals, and success metrics with stakeholdersIdentify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and work proactively to resolve themManage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on business impactSystems & Continuous ImprovementWork with engineering teams to improve system usability and user experienceGather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality checks for system enhancements and chatbot featuresExperiment with automation tools and AI-driven solutions to improve workflowsIdentify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and automate existing processesTrack and analyze KPIs such as resolution time, productivity, and user satisfactionCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with operations, engineering, and support teams to drive alignmentAct as a central coordination point across stakeholdersWork with teams to prioritize improvements and deliver business valueMust-Have Skills:Strong experience managing projects and driving execution in cross-functional environmentsProven ability to own day-to-day operations and deliver results in fast-paced settingsHands-on experience with change management and communication deliveryStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity effectivelyAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsExperience working with automation tools or experimenting with digital systemsHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on user experienceNice-to-Have SkillsExperience in procurement or Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) environmentsFamiliarity with case management or ticketing systems like Wolken or similar toolsExposure to generative AI tools or chatbot platformsExperience with collaboration and workflow tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Airtable, or MiroInterested in this opportunity?
