- Manage onboarding paperwork and compliance.
- Provide admin support for multiple recruitment roles.
- Maintain recruitment systems and applicant tracking tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements.
- Ensure recruitment follows organizational policies and laws.
- Support the HR team during absences or high demand.
- Help improve recruitment processes and documentation.
- Perform other HR tasks as needed.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR administration.
- Proficient with ATS, CareerBuilder, CRM, and HR software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now).
- Knowledge of onboarding, hiring processes, and employment regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
