- Vendre de nouveaux services de protection, y compris des services d'agent de sécurité sur place, de protection à distance et de solutions de patrouilles;
- Mener une prospection continue pour identifier les organisations potentielles qui ont besoin de solutions de sécurité;
- Travailler avec la direction des opérations de l'entreprise pour formuler des recommandations quant à la couverture de sécurité, aux systèmes et aux procédures afin de satisfaire aux exigences des prospects;
- Établir les couts et prix des solutions de sécurité, développer et répondre aux demandes de soumissions;
- Assurez que toutes les ventes générées répondent aux besoins des clients ainsi qu'aux normes de l'entreprise en matière de rentabilité et de contribution à l'image professionnelle de l'entreprise;
- Établir et maintenir une liaison efficace avec tous les clients potentiels grâce à des appels et à des communications régulières;
- Maintenir une base de données à jour sur le marché;
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire, ou expérience connexe à la satisfaction de l'entreprise;
- Minimum de deux (2) ans d'expérience dans la vente, de préférence dans l'industrie des services et/ou la vente de services interentreprises;
- Compétences en gestion, organisation, présentations et communication;
- Comprendre les mécanismes de la vente complexe, avoir un processus pour la génération de prospects, et être passionné par l'activité de prospection;
- Il s'agit d'une position autonome qui exige l'autosuffisance et l'auto-motivation;
- Vous aimez travailler dans une position transparente et travailler dans une atmosphère d'équipe;
- Être bilingue, Français & Anglais.

- Sell new protective services including onsite guarding, remote guarding and mobile solutions services
- Conduct ongoing prospecting to identify potential organizations that require security solutions
- Work with Company operations management to make recommendations as to security coverage, systems, and procedures to satisfy prospect requirements
- Cost and price security solutions, develop and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Ensure all sales generated meet Client needs as well as Company standards as to profitability and contribution to the professional image of the Company
- Establish and maintain an effective liaison with all prospective customers through regularly scheduled calls and communications
- Maintain an up-to-date database capturing market information
- Other duties as assigned
- College or University degree, or related experience to the company's satisfaction
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in sales, preferably within the service industry and/or business-to-business services sales
- Time management, organization, presentations, and communication skills
- Understand the mechanics of complex selling, have a process for lead generation, and thrive on prospecting activity
- This is an autonomous position and requires self-sufficiency and self-motivation
- You enjoy working in a transparent position and working in a team atmosphere
- Bilingual, French & English
- Flexibility to travel within the Area, when required
